Managing Attachments
Attachments can be added to and removed from all Inworks and Closed CAPA records by users with the appropriate rights.
NOTE: The CAPA_DELETE right is required if the user is going to delete attachments.
- From the CAPA record, click Other Actions > Manage Attachment.
- Click the Add Attachment link.
Result: The Upload Files window is displayed.
- Enter a description of the attachment and zoom to select the file.
- Click OK.
Result: The document information is displayed in the Manage Attachments window.
- Enter a comment about the attachment.
- Click the Sign-off button.
Result: The Sign-off window is displayed.
- Enter your user ID and password and then click the Sign-off button.
Result: The attachment has been added to the record.
