Managing Attachments

Attachments can be added to and removed from all Inworks and Closed CAPA records by users with the appropriate rights.

NOTE: The CAPA_DELETE right is required if the user is going to delete attachments.

  1. From the CAPA record, click Other Actions > Manage Attachment.
  2. Click the Add Attachment link.
    Result: The Upload Files window is displayed.
  3. Enter a description of the attachment and zoom to select the file.
  4. Click OK.
    Result: The document information is displayed in the Manage Attachments window.
  5. Enter a comment about the attachment.
  1. Click the Sign-off button.
    Result: The Sign-off window is displayed.
  2. Enter your user ID and password and then click the Sign-off button.
    Result: The attachment has been added to the record.
